LivingGallery gets a new painting
The design of LivingGallery.eu has been completely renewed by me. A new logo decorates the header area of the site and with a discreet choice of colours the photos will better pop out of your screen, because no disturbing coloured elements or patterns will distract your eye. The layout is much clearer without many lines and all elements, like buttons, menus et cetera, are rendered bigger now.
From now on, this website makes heavily use of new CSS3 functions like shadows, gradients and animations. Large parts of LivingGallery don’t use bitmaps for styling the site anymore. Instead, only HTML and CSS3 elements are used to achieve the same effect. However, this change comes at its price and therefore this website is no longer compatible with older web browsers. Particularly Internet Explorer 6 & 7 is no longer supported. And even with Internet Explorer 8 & 9 you won’t get the full visual experience, because of the bad support of CSS3 in these browsers.
Anyway, regardless of how you’ve reached my website, I hope you will enjoy it.
